Because each person is an individual, we offer a wide range of services and can tailor a program to the person's individual needs and prefrences.

Dr. McBride has developed an innovative program integrated with the wisdom the the twelve steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and the self empowering methods of mind-body medicine.

Yoga and martial arts is an intergal part of our program.  It is used to help people gain physical health and a sense of well-being.  It is also used to help people learn to slow down the incessant thoughts that become obsessive and compulsive.  Yoga helps reduce stress which leads to many physical and emotional illnesses.

We use meditation and guided imagery to help with stress and pain reduction.

We use solution focused talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy in combination with mind/body methods to deal with issues such as grief, anger, depression, ADHD and Bi-Polar disorder.

In many cases we use hair analysis to measure and identify the specific nutrients and trace elements that a person is lacking that can lead to emotional symptoms such as depression and anxiety, and help the client develop a nutritional plan that can help  ease their symptoms.

Although we believe in using the least amount of psychiatric medication as possible, we know sometimes it is necessary and indicated.  We have a full medical staff available to met those needs.
